1. Income Disclaimer
Important Disclosure
Exprezzzo does not guarantee any level of income or earnings from its affiliate program. Individual results vary significantly based on effort, experience, market conditions, and many factors outside Exprezzzo's control.
Exprezzzo's affiliate program is free to join and requires no purchase. You are not required to buy anything or recruit anyone to participate. Commissions are earned only when a guest you refer (or a guest referred by an affiliate in your network) completes a verified booking or check-in.
As the program matures, Exprezzzo will publish an annual income disclosure statement showing the distribution of affiliate earnings, including the percentage of affiliates who earned zero. Until that data is available, no earnings projections, income claims, or lifestyle representations should be made by affiliates when promoting the program.
2. Program Overview
The Exprezzzo Affiliate Program allows approved participants to earn commissions by referring customers who complete bookings through the platform. This disclosure provides transparency about how the program works and what you can realistically expect.
The Program operates a three-level referral structure (L0, L1, L2). Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the platform service fee — not the total booking value or the guest's total spend.
3. Earnings Structure
| Level | Relationship | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| L0 — Direct | Guests you directly refer | 40% (standard venues) / 50% (pay-at-venue venues) |
| L1 — Team | Bookings from affiliates you recruited | 8% |
| L2 — Extended | Bookings from your recruits' recruits | 5% |
All rates are a percentage of the platform service fee — not the total booking value or the guest's total spend. Specific rates are also disclosed in your Affiliate Agreement upon approval.
4. When Commissions Are Earned
Commissions are paid only after verified completion of a booking. A verified completion means the referred customer has completed a booking and the vendor has confirmed service delivery. Commissions are not earned at the time of referral, click, or booking creation — only after verified completion.
5. Hold Period
A hold period of 7–14 days applies before payout. This hold period allows for refund requests, chargebacks, and verification to be processed. The exact hold duration depends on the vendor category and payment method.
6. Adjustments
Payouts may be adjusted due to refunds or chargebacks. If a referred customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback after a commission has been recorded, the commission will be adjusted accordingly. This includes partial adjustments for partial refunds.
7. Company Retention
The company retains a minimum of 37% of the service-fee pool from each transaction. The total affiliate payout across all levels is capped. If any level in the referral chain is missing (e.g., no upline), the commission for that level is retained by the company — it is not compressed to the next level.
Maximum 3 levels. No additional levels permitted.
This program is structured to comply with FTC guidelines for tiered referral compensation.
8. Typical Results
The following table shows hypothetical earnings ranges. These are illustrative examples only and do not represent actual results or guarantees.

* Projected estimates based on platform modeling. Actual distribution data will be published annually once the program has sufficient history.
9. No Income Guarantees
This program does not guarantee any level of income. Your earnings depend on:
- The number of referrals you generate
- Whether referred customers complete bookings
- The booking amounts and venue commission eligibility
- Refund and chargeback rates
- Your own marketing and outreach efforts
Many affiliates earn modest amounts or no commissions at all. Past performance of other affiliates does not guarantee your future results. Do not join this program expecting guaranteed, instant, or passive income.
10. Affiliate Marketing Obligations
If you are an affiliate, you must:
- Not make any income claims, earnings projections, or lifestyle representations (e.g., showing luxury purchases, travel, or vehicles as results of the program)
- Include the word "Sponsored" or "Ad" prominently and early in every social media post, blog, or communication that promotes Exprezzzo
- Link to this Income Disclosure Statement when discussing potential earnings
Failure to comply with FTC disclosure requirements may result in removal from the program.
11. Program Changes
The company reserves the right to modify commission rates, hold periods, and program terms with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates via email.
