Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation policies vary by venue and are displayed on the booking screen before you confirm. Please review the cancellation terms for each booking carefully.

Bookings Paid Online

If you cancel within the timeframe specified in the venue's cancellation policy, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed immediately but may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Pay-at-Venue Bookings

Because no payment is collected by Exprezzzo for pay-at-venue bookings, refund requests must be directed to the venue.

Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Exprezzzo support at support@exprezzzo.com before disputing the charge with your bank. Contacting us first allows us to resolve the issue faster.

Entry Denied

If you are denied entry to a venue for which you paid online through Exprezzzo, contact our support team to initiate a refund request. All venues reserve the right to refuse entry at their sole discretion.
